Dawn Morrison Wagner comes to Denver from Thousand Oaks, Calif.  She has participated in 50 street painting festivals nationwide, primarily choosing subjects from the Italian Renaissance to keep with the fundamental spirit of the art and to honor her Italian ancestry.
